Please register here for the 27th CEA (UK) and 8th CEA (Europe) Annual Conference. The registration deadline for presenters is May 15th. Conference fee is € 250; PhD student concessional fee is € 100. The fee includes one-year membership of CEA and four issues of the Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies (JCEBS). Once you completed your registration and received our confirmation email, please transfer the conference fee within 7 days to the following account:

Notes (read carefully):

  1. You will receive a detailed invoice within the next 48 hours.
  2. All bank charges and commissions have to be paid by the participants, please inform your bank about this when you are ordering the transfer.
  3. Students who want to pay the student registration fee have to send a scanned copy (pdf file) of their student certificate.
  4. To those who need a visa invitation: we will send the invitation via post to the address you specified in the online registration form after we received your payment.

Reimbursement:

Please note that we cannot reimburse the conference fee for cancellations done after August 15th 2016.


Insurance:

The organizers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies to cover risks including (but not limited to) loss, cancellation, medical costs and injury. The CEA and/or the conference organizers will not accept any responsibility for any delegate failing to take out adequate insurance. Note: For those participants who need to apply for a visa, the German visa restrictions state that “Documentary evidence must be provided of travel health insurance with a minimum coverage of 30,000 euros valid for the entire Schengen area”.


Badges:

Conference identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all conference functions (including social event).


Publicity Policy:

Each registrant grants the Chinese Economic Association the right to photograph/videotape participants and to use such photographs/videos and the names of attendees in materials which either represent the proceedings of the conference or promote future conferences.
